Leon Pascarl
Board Member and Mentor

As a Western Australian local growing up in Scarborough, I found myself needing to work before having the luxury of education. Motivation played a huge part; if I wasn’t interested, I didn’t even try.

Throughout my adult life I’ve pursued education with a very different mindset, viewing it both as a stepping stone and an accolade to move me closer to my goals. Its easy to see the direct correlation between early education and quality of life.

Holding leadership roles throughout my career, I’ve realised the most beneficial support you can offer people is understanding. Part of my current role involves providing strategic business development advice to business owners in the insurance industry. Working with a diverse range of people I enjoy the wealth it brings to collaboration.

I am extremely passionate about helping people grow and believe we all have a duty to give to our community when we are able. The opportunity to mentor children whom, for a variety of reasons, are struggling is incredibly rewarding.

I feel fortunate to work with the Achievers Club and to be able to guide the next generation to succeed, achieving the goals in front of them and beyond. I mentor every week in our Butler Chapter and feel lucky to be able to sneak lessons into such a fun environment.
