Mariana Guimaraes e Silva

Community Support Coordinator

I believe that every experience in my life has perfectly aligned to lead me to the Achievers Club WA. Being part of an organization composed of 99% volunteers who joyfully dedicate their time, skills, and hearts to helping children reach their potential is incredibly inspiring.

As the Community Support Coordinator, my role is to ensure everything runs smoothly, enabling us to provide the best support for the students and the community we serve. With such an engaged and motivated team of volunteers, this task is both easy and fulfilling.

Having lived on three different continents, worked as a university lecturer, run my own consulting business, and gained experience in HR - while also being a very hands on mum - has prepared me well for this role.

Every day, I feel deeply grateful to be part of this inspiring, generous, and joyful team. And

I look forward to helping our community grow and support even more children as they pursue their dreams!
